We offer two kinds of accommodation:
1. Large Bedroom with double beds individuals, with food one time vegetarian meal in $750 with free 7 days continental breakfast & lunch.  without food $650(month to month) any special food preference tenant have to purchase their own.(shared bathrooms)

2.Single  Bedroom with  beds, with one time veg. meal $1000.00with free 7 days continental breakfast &lunch.without any meal $850.00(month to month) any special food preference tenant have to purchase their own.(Shared bathroom)

3. Storage will be provided for extra charges for minimum of $25.00 per month.

4. we require non refundable  move in deposit should be deposit in our bank of amarica account .

All the  house have four to five bedrooms and three & half bathroom are fully furnished and equipped with linen. The house has a fully equipped kitchen(no cooking allowed), laundry facilities with extra charge $20.00 per month, TV/DVD, Gas, Electricity, Telephone connection are included in the quoted price. Local call is free. No long distance services are provided.

  30 days written move out notice require for  Month-to-month stay and  price will change without any notice according to the cost of living.

TRANSPORTATION
We provide transport with extra charge from work to home and home to work.Charge will be on mileage. Any after or before hours will be extra charge.
